The more organized your project is when I receive the better it will be organized when I return it to you.
Video Tapes: Secure (post it notes fall off) a legible note to each tape how the filename should appear. I do not transfer copyrighted material ex: Disney Movies, television shows, movies, adult material etc.
Picture Scanning: Pictures cannot be scanned in albums. Pictures must be removed form albums. Pictures can be put into separate folders on your thumb drive/disk with how you have them grouped together. Custom individual picture labeling is not offered. Each picture will be named in numeral sequential order.
Slide Scanning: They can stay in the wheels but if each slide has an individual metal brace that has to be removed.

ϖ I understand that I have one month after receiving my product to review.
ϖ Full CASH payment (preferred), Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp is required at the time of pick up or prior to shipping. Personal checks not accepted. There is a $5 penalty per week for projects not picked up after 3 weeks. After 2 months projects not picked up will be disposed of.
ϖ The media I am submitting are my personal property. I do not hold Hannah’s House Media or Kim Standley liable for any loss or damage to my media during production or shipping.
ϖ If I decide not to proceed after Hannah’s House received my order, I will be charged for any completed work as well as return shipping/delivery fees.
ϖ Refunds not issued for file type incompatibilities.
ϖ If I request changes to my finished product after I receive it, fees will incur.
